Just a quick note to let you know how impressed we were with your removal services when you moved our daughter’s household goods last Saturday. From the weather not cooperating to electricity going off just as we were moving-in, then the lift not being large enough to accommodate the sofa ... you dealt with every obstacle without a fuss. Offering to carry the sofa up 6 flights of a narrow stairwell is what we call "service excellence", and we cannot thank you enough for your impeccably professional attitude.
